Made from GLUTEN-FREE seeds, grains, and root flours

To freeze or not to freeze, that is the question…

When I bake for events, I do two bakes:

The first bake is frozen quickly to preserve freshness and stored frozen until purchased.  But the act of freezing dries the bread out slightly. But once thawed it will taste like fresh bread for approximately 60 hours. It is awesome with butter, olive oil or just plain. After the 60 hours eat as toast or refresh bread (see instructions).

The second bake is completed the night before the event, so the bread is stored in bags for approximately 14 hours until purchased.  Subtract 14 hours from 60 and there is about 46 hours left of that awesomeness.

Choosing fresh or frozen depends on when you are going to eat the bread. If you are going to eat all within 46 hours then choose fresh. However…

I freeze therefore I am…fresh for longer

But don’t worry, the only thing you have to fear is fear itself, because toasted 60+ hour Venn Bread is as awesome as fresh!
