FOR BEST QUALITY:
- FRESH
- Eat fresh within 1-3 days.
- Store in a bag on counter (not fridge).

Once bread stales a bit:
- Store in refridgerator for longer life.
- To make "fresh" again, microwave slice for a few seconds.
- Toast tastes great.
- Throw out if bread gets moldy.
- FROZEN
- Can keep loaf frozen for 2-3 weeks.
- Thaw loaf at room temperature for a few hours.
- Even months old frozen bread can be revived (see below)
- MAKE "FRESH" BAKED
- Microwave thawed loaf for 1-2 mins.
- Microwave frozen loaf for 3-4 mins.
- Then bake at 400 for 5 mins.
- Wait 1-2 hours.
- Will taste like it was freshly baked!!!
